Dr Newton’s specialties include addressing problems and assisting clients to work through problem areas, using gentle and effective counselling techniques, cognitive behaviourial therapy and hypnotherapy. She has also produced recordings that will help address some of these issues.

Session Times
Dr Newton is available for sessions at the following times:
Tuesdays 11am–8pm
Wednesdays 11am–6pm
Fees
Consultation fees are $254 per hour
This fee is recommended by the Australian Psychological Society
Some private health funds give rebates, including Medibank Private, BUPA and NIB
Mental Health Care Plan- Medicare rebates available
Medicare pays rebates to clients with a GP referral under the Mental Health Care Plan
Under this plan, Dr Newton will bulk bill clients with health care cards, students and other clients who are financially stressed.
